If you have a transit in ORD, be sure to check its close enough to your arriving gate. As an example, I arrived at gate L4 which is in terminal 3. My connection to SFO was in terminal 2 gate C27. Fort Wayne International Airport is a small airport that provides regional connectivity to next bigger airports or hubs such as Chicago. When you arrive at the airport you can park at short term parking which is free for first 30 mins. There is also long term parking although I don’t know the rates for that. We took coco and max to Indy today for Mother’s Day lunch. It was their first road trip. They were a good sport about the car ride. Over in Indy, they met many people including kids and adults. Overall good day for socialization.
