Wondering Why Settings aren’t getting saved in HP V1910?

HP V1910 is an excellent enterprise grade managed switch for homelab usage. You can easily get it for cheap on eBay. Now, as I was messing with management UI, I noticed my settings weren’t being saved. Well, it turned out that I needed to hit the Save button (!)
