Who says spaghetti can’t be used to make Chinese style Chow Mein! Made Chow Mein from scratch tonight with mixed veggies (pepper, onions, cabbage, mushrooms and and celery) and 3 eggs. Made up the recipe myself. Turned out to be quite tasty. About a 1lb of Chicken Breast cut into small pieces Batter – Wheat flour (3 Tbsp), 3 egss, Salt, Paprika, Milk (1 cup).
