Stopped by at the Red Rocks Amphitheater on our way down from Echo Lake. What an amazing place and natural acoustics for concerts! Ended up having lunch at the restaurant at the place. A real taste of Colorado elevation, Pike’s Peak was phenomenal. We drove all the way to Mile 16 and then shuttled to the top. Breath taking views all around. And driving? Absolutely loved it. Go slow while going down though… Pike’s Peak. Elevation: 14,115ft. Date: Oct 4, 2019
